Job Description :
We are seeking a dynamic Scrum Master with a proven background as a Senior Java Developer to join our team. This hybrid role combines the leadership and facilitation responsibilities of a Scrum Master with handson software development expertise. The ideal candidate will guide Agile teams in delivering highquality software solutions while also contributing directly to the technical development process.
Key Responsibilities :
Scrum Master Responsibilities :
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily standups sprint reviews and retrospectives.
- Serve as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams fostering continuous improvement and team empowerment.
- Facilitate the removal of impediments and ensure smooth workflow for the development team.
- Track and manage project progress using Agile tools (e.g. Jira Azure DevOps).
- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a clear and prioritized product backlog.
- Promote Agile best practices and principles across the organization. Ensure crossteam coordination and communication in multiteam projects.
- Act as a mentor to team members supporting their professional development.
