Must Haves:
- Minimum 5 years' experience and expertise designing, developing / building and Implementing solution to clients on Microsoft Dynamics, SQL and PowerApps solutions.
- Strong expertise in creating User Stories/System Requirements, Data Mapping/Analysis/Modelling and Requirements Elicitation Skills.
- Strong expertise in executing the database queries and data flow to understand the ERD and business logic.
- Minimum 5 years' experience and expertise on Microsoft cloud computing (Azure), OpenAI tools, Office 365, Microsoft Window Server operating systems, SQL database, Oracle BI, Power BI and communications protocols.
- Prior experience with / working knowledge of: System Context Diagrams, Flow/Sequence Diagrams, Use case diagrams/documentation, Project Delivery (Agile/PDLC), JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, MS Visio
- Minimum 5 years' experience and expertise in security architecture, techniques to secure information assets and the planning, design, and implementation of security technologies (Information privacy and security, compliance, authentication and authorization management, and cyber security).
- Apply knowledge of security architecture and controls compliance to maintain the integrity and security of project deliverables.
- Minimum 5 years' experience and expertise in developing enterprise architecture deliverables (e.g., models) based on Ontario Government Enterprise Architecture processes and practice.
Description
Purpose and Objectives:
- The Director, Information Technology needs a resource to work in partnership with the Registrar and Program's Office to:
- Design, develop/build and implement Microsoft Dynamics, SQL and PowerApps solutions
- Ensure the incorporation of IT security and contingency measures
- Advise on the identification, analysis and resolution of specific security factors, risks, vulnerabilities; protection of personal privacy issues; and appropriate industry and international security standards to meet and enhance their business objectives.

- Advises on the identification, analysis, and resolution of specific security factors, risks, vulnerabilities; protection of personal privacy issues; and appropriate industry and international security standards.
- Apply knowledge of security architecture and controls compliance to maintain the integrity and security of project deliverables.
- Designs, Develops / builds, implements and manages the technical architecture (hardware, software, database and communications) which will be used for all or specific applications in a Microsoft cloud computing (Azure) platform, Open AI tools and Microsoft Dynamic, SQL and PowerApps environment.
- Ensures the incorporation of IT security and contingency measures in the development of systems.
- Prior experience with / working knowledge of: System Context Diagrams, Flow/Sequence Diagrams, Use case diagrams/documentation, Project Delivery (Agile/PDLC), JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, MS Visio.

- Extensive experience with Microsoft cloud computing (Azure), Azure OpenAI tools and at least two other different platforms, operating systems, environments, database technologies, and communications protocols.
- Knowledge and experience designing processes around ITIL and is able to guide others using this methodology.
- Knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation and corporate directives related to the security and confidentiality of information (e.g., Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act) in order to identify and assess areas of concern and risk.
- Knowledge of performance considerations in different environments.
- Leadership experience in the development and implementation of technical and security architectures at the specified experience level.
- Solid knowledge of current security and contingency technology and techniques (e.g. digital signature, encryption, access controls, fire-walls, authentication, virus protection, etc.); and a proven working knowledge of security audit procedures and protocols.
