Barback/Floorman - Gentlemen's Club

Overview
As a Floor Host at our gentlemen's club, you will be responsible for creating an inviting, upscale atmosphere for our guests, ensuring top-tier customer service, and assisting with the overall operations of the floor. You will play a key role in enhancing the guest experience, ensuring that our clients have an enjoyable, memorable, and safe visit.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they enter the club, providing an exceptional first impression.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, proactively addressing concerns and resolving any issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment, ensuring that the club is presentable at all times.
• Coordinate with the bar, servers, entertainers and management to ensure guests’ needs are met.
• Uphold all company policies and procedures, including ensuring guest safety and compliance with club rules.
• Accountable for ensuring the proper execution of opening and closing procedures of venue.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, nightlife, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy.
• Must be 21 years old and able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and move quickly around the club floor.

Pay: $300.00 - $1,300.00 per week

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
