Clepper Manor, a proud Embassy community located in Sharon, PA is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing/RNAC to join their team of healthcare professionals!
Clepper Manor is a restored 20th-century mansion located just outside downtown Sharon, PA. Our warm, home-like atmosphere boasts beautiful grounds, a secluded courtyard and gazebo, gardens, and a waterfall. The manor is a Continuing Care Retirement Community with 54 skilled nursing beds in private and semi-private rooms.
The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) plans, organizes, develops, and directs the overall operation of the nursing department to ensure the highest degree of quality resident care in accordance with all laws, regulations, and Company standards. - Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited school.
- Must possess current RN License and be in good standing with the PA Board of Nursing.
- At least two years’ experience in nursing administration, including supervision, preferably in a long-term care setting. Knowledgeable about regulations and standards established by Medicare, Medicaid and state and city government.
- Previous MDS experience in a long-term care setting is a must.
