What are the responsibilities and job description for the Founding Full-Stack Engineer AI Startup position at Clera AI?
We are helping two CEOs of two fastgrowing startups in SF hire an excellent Founding Engineer.
As a founding engineer youll play a key role in shaping the technology platform and defining the engineering culture. Youll be responsible for the full software development lifecycle from writing code to testing and deploying productionready features. You should be comfortable (and excited!) about working in a fastpaced earlystage startup environment where youll be able to wear many hats and take on new challenges as they arise. Youll work closely with the cofounders to execute our product roadmap and have the chance to make a lasting impact.
Tasks
- Own endtoend execution of high stakes projects : A day might span discussing architecture with fellow engineers wrangling massivescale data coding a custom web app speaking with customer executives
- Work on tuning our AI platform to customer requirements : Work with large language models of different kinds to juice out high level of effectiveness based on customer requirements
- Realize breakthroughs to enable novel AIfirst workflows : A highly analytical approach and eagerness to solve technical problems with data structures storage systems cloud infrastructure frontend frameworks and other technical tools
