Key Responsibilities:
- Establish strong relationships with stakeholders and key users at customer organizations
- Guide customers through onboarding and ongoing support, ensuring they understand and can efficiently use our AI platform
- Monitor customer health metrics and drive engagement strategies to improve renewals and reduce churn
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the customers based on business needs
- Educate clients about product updates and new features to enhance their experience
- Collect customer feedback to inform product improvements and enhancements
- Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or in a similar customer-facing role, preferably in the SaaS or AI industry
- Strong understanding of the technology and artificial intelligence landscape
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Problem-solving mindset, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience with CRM software and customer success tools
