- Guide customers through onboarding and ongoing support, ensuring they understand and can efficiently use our AI platform
- Monitor customer health metrics and drive engagement strategies to improve renewals and reduce churn
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the customer base based on business needs
- Educate clients about product updates and new features to enhance their experience
- Collect customer feedback to inform product improvements and enhancements
- Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or in a similar customer-facing role, preferably in the SaaS or AI industry
- Strong understanding of the technology and artificial intelligence landscape
