**THIS IS A FULLY ONSITE POSITION**
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
Responsible for providing technical support to users by troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues, responding to inquiries via phone, email, or chat, documenting customer interactions, running diagnostics, and escalating complex problems to higher levels of support, all while maintaining excellent customer service skills and a focus on timely resolution.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Resolve technical problems with software applications and computer hardware
• Update and maintain computer and equipment inventory
• Assist in resolving issues on LAN, VoIP, and AV systems
• Assist in deployment of applications and end user PCs/Laptops and printers
• Assist members of the public via email/phone with court record access
• Strong customer service skills, able to empathize and professionally handle stressful situations with customers
• Provision/Clone PCs and hard drives for deployment
• Install printers via TCP/IP interface
• Resolve printer issues, wireless connection issues, UPS replacement, etc.
• Install computer peripherals – Mice/Keyboards/Speakers
• Other duties assigned by department
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Education:
Candidate must possess a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience:
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of IT related troubleshooting techniques
• Intimate understanding of how computers and hardware work
• Must be adaptable to change
An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be substituted at the Clerk’s discretion.
Licenses/Certificates:
A valid Florida Driver's License or Florida Identification is required for the hiring process.
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Enthusiastic about technology and willing to learn and stay on the cutting edge.
• Great customer service/support skills.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds of equipment short distances.
• Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
