- Assists Court Specialist Lead and management team with quality control overall departmental efficiency and procedural development as needed.
- Assists with the training of new front counter employees.
- Assist with Vital Statistics Report and other Marriage License related reports.
- Screens indigency applications; determines whether to grant deny or refer to the Court.
- Processes new cases including multiple case types and transfers from other courts/venues; assigns case types; indexes parties and associating attorneys; handles specialized processes/procedures.
- Processes marriage licenses; generates and issues licenses; performs marriage ceremonies for all customers; cashiers related fees; records licenses into the Official Records.
