C Shift
Fri-Sat, 5:30am-5:30pmSun-Mon, 5:30pm-5:30am
Pay: $88K a year
The Maintenance Supervisor oversees daily maintenance operations to ensure machinery and production processes run smoothly and safely. Supports preventive maintenance programs and enforces safety compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support maintenance staff in a manufacturing setting.
- Handle hiring, training, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.
- Plan and prioritize maintenance tasks to meet production needs.
- Implement and manage Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices.
- Prepare sites and create preventive maintenance plans for new equipment.
- Monitor and assign work orders; analyze downtime reports.
- Promote and enforce safety policies, conduct safety audits, and support incident investigations.

Requirements:
- Mininum 5 years of Industrial Maintenance experience (mechanical, electrical).
- 1-3 years of Supervisory experience in related fields.
