Job Description: The Sales Leader will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. This position requires a hands-on approach, with responsibilities that include managing daily store operations, leading and motivating the sales team, and implementing effective sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports for management
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a retail sales leadership role, preferably in the liquor or beverage industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Proficiency in using POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
