House Cleaner

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service while ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care to maintain the appearance and hygiene of various surfaces.
• Launder linens and other items as needed, ensuring they are clean and well-presented.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning visit.
• Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure safety and efficiency in all tasks.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.

Skills

• Proven experience in custodial or commercial/residential cleaning is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, products, and equipment usage.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Skills in cooking are a plus but not required; however, flexibility in duties is appreciated.

Pay: $13.55 - $31.16 per hour
