What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional HR Specialist position at Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co?
We are looking for a highly motivated Regional HR Specialist to join our team supporting multiple branch locations across western Pennsylvania. In this role, you will partner with business leaders and general managers to influence and execute HR initiatives such as talent management, succession planning, coaching & feedback, leadership development, and employee engagement and retention plans.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent organizational and multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Additionally, they will be comfortable making decisions and handling complex HR assignments.
Main Responsibilities:
- Dedicated manager support in regional branch locations.
- Regularly advise managers on HR-related operations and have a supportive role in decision-making.
- Support the talent attraction and selection process, including interviewing critical roles and onboarding new employees.
