Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat® dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a Content Marketing and Brand Specialist.Position Summary : The Content Marketing and Brand Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing a content strategy that aligns with the company's goals, enhances brand awareness, drives engagement, and supports lead generation efforts. This role oversees the planning, creation, and distribution of high-quality, relevant, and consistent content across multiple channels to attract and retain a clearly defined audience.Primary Responsibilities : 1. Content Strategy Development :

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy across various platforms that aligns with business objectives.
• Define content goals, KPIs, and performance metrics to measure effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitive content strategies.
• Primary initiative : communication around the implementation of a new ERP system and associated workstream activities.2. Content Creation and Management :
• Create engaging and compelling content for articles, blog posts, social media posts, videos, etc. that drives traffic and leads.
• Maintain content calendar, including planning, scheduling and coordinating content types.
• Content Optimization - ensure content is optimized for search engines and ranks well in search results.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure content aligns with overall campaigns and messaging.3. Brand Voice
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all content.
• Drive content for digital signage, CBTV, and The Hub.
• Manage partnerships and sponsorship opportunities to amplify reach.
• Lead Change Agent group.4. Perform other duties as required to support Marketing
• Drive imagery collection for annual company calendars.
• Occasional travel (driving) to branch locations and jobsites.Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications :
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Solid understanding of digital marketing tools, including SEO, social media and email platforms
• Experience researching audience demographics, behaviors, and content preferences
• Sound project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Team player, experienced in a collaborative work environment with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.Education / Experience :
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience - minimum of 3-5 years in content planning, marketing or related field, preferably in a B2B or corporate environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messages tailored to different audiences and platforms.
