Certification Details BLS - Basic Life Support NBSTSA Certification Job Details Minimum of 3 years perm CSFA experience. Shift Time : 730am-6p Able to assist in general ortho, plastics, vascular, and neuro. Robotic or Microscope experience is required. On-Call : 1-2 shifts per week after scheduled shift until 0700. Required to take call 1 weekend (24hrs Saturday and 24hrs Sunday) per 6 week schedule. Job Requirements AHA BLS - required. Must have NBSTSA cert in hand, CSFAs only. New candidates whose certification expire within 30 days of start MUST renew their certification prior to start. Primary Source Verification within 30 days of start for both NEW and EXT contracts. New candidates whose license expires within 30 days of start MUST renew their license prior to start.
