Opening its doors in 2013 and expanding in 2017, this state-of-the-art acute care facility has 177 patient rooms and offers a wide variety of services to meet community needs. You will be supported as you follow your dreams and find where you belong, here at Tradition Hospital.   Tradition Hospital’s Surgery Center treats common and complex conditions and offers minimally invasive methods, including robotic-assisted surgery and laparoscopic surgery. As RN, you will provide professional care to patients in an ambulatory surgical care setting. In this role, you should be familiar with completing nursing assessments, performing telephone triage, establishing care plans and administering medications and treatments. You will also collaborate with Care Coordinators to ensure smooth and effective transitions of care.  A caregiver in this position works from 7:30AM - 4:00PM.  A caregiver who excels in this role will:  Perform telephone triage.  Notify physicians/LIPs of abnormal findings.  Establish a care plan in collaboration with the patient, family, and health care team. Collaborate with care coordinators to ensure smooth and effective transitions of care. Assist with specialized diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.  Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physician/LIP and monitor patients for response.  Participate in quality initiatives, process improvements, and research activities to improve patient outcomes, patient experience, and patient safety.  Maintain professional growth and development in the nursing field and identify annual core competencies. Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  Graduate of accredited school of Nursing Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) One year of recent experience as an RN. LPN, Medical Assistant and/or other unlicensed clinical healthcare experience if applicant is a current Cleveland Clinic caregiver in an ambulatory setting transferring into an RN role but remaining in the same current ambulatory Cleveland Clinic setting OR a current Cleveland Clinic caregiver in a clinical role within the same specialty area transferring into an ambulatory area Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association (AHA) Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN)   Our caregivers continue to create the best outcomes for our patients across each of our facilities.
