MUST HAVE EPIC EXPERIENCE
Start date : (next applicable orientation date 3-4 wks out)
Years of experience REQ : At least 2 years of experience required in ER
First-timers accepted : (Y / N) Y
Weekend REQ : 2 weekends a month
Is on-call REQ? (Y / N) No
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes-Will float to all 3 hospitals (Martin North, South, Tradition - within 20miles)
Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y / N) N
Locals accepted : (Y / N) Y- Locals Same Rate
Pending License accepted : (Y / N) Y
RTO Restrictions : All RTO must be included at time of submission.
Guaranteed Hours : 36 hrs for 3x12's – 40 hrs for 8 / 10's
Special Requirements : Epic experience at a 3 or 4 required.
