Responsibilities
Minimum hourly: $20.77
Maximum hourly: $31.68

- Prepares, analyzes and communicates key financial information and provides support to management and other staff members regarding financial reporting and other related issues.
- Assists with budget preparation and financial planning processes and budget review for compliance and opportunities.
- Serves as consultant to all levels of management to provide decision support for initiatives, policies and procedures.
- Completes special projects and duties including providing necessary research, forecasting and conflict resolution.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field required.
- A High School diploma/GED and four years of experience may substitute the experience and education requirements.
- An Associate’s degree and two years of experience may substitute the experience and education requirements
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Account (CMA) certification preferred.
- Requires critical thinking skills, attention to detail, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
- Ability to complete basic analytical, consultative and information support through analysis and report preparation.
- Awareness of key performance indicators, cash flow analysis, product line analysis and proposal development.
- One year of Accounting, Finance, Healthcare, Investment Banking or Management Consulting experience preferred.
- Offset: High School diploma/GED and four years of experience.
- Offset: Associate’s degree and two years of experience.
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
- Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
- Ability to work with physical records or operate a computer or other office equipment.
- In some locations, ability to travel throughout the hospital system.
- In some locations ability to move up to 25 lbs.
- Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.
- Must Reside in NE OH to qualify – This is a Hybrid Role which will require periodic onsite meetings in the CC Business Office Center and/or Hospital location of placement”
