Description :
This position involves working in a facility's medical / surgical telemetry unit.
The facility offers contracts of up to 24 weeks.
The nurse will work rotating shifts every two weeks, with hours from 7 a.m. to 7 : 30 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 7 : 30 a.m.
The position requires working at least every other holiday.
An ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment are required during orientation.
Candidates must achieve acceptable scores on both assessments, with a maximum of two attempts.
The facility exempts nurses and certain medical staff from nicotine-free requirements temporarily.
Candidates must complete badging and fingerprinting on-site prior to the start date after completing necessary modules.
Orientation includes a total of 20 hours.
