A caregiver who excels in this role will:
- Support assigned chairpersons, senior directors or medical directors through scheduling, handling phone calls, greeting customers and correspondence.
- Assist with special projects.
- Administer calendars and schedule management.
- Compose and prepare a variety of correspondence, such as reports, forms, presentation materials and messages.
- Manage and prioritize multiple assignments.
- Act as a liaison between internal and external customers.
- Provide coverage of other areas, such as front end, point of service and registration.
- Coordinate management functions.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Five years of office experience
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite products (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Associate’s Degree
- Typing proficiency of 35 WPM with accuracy
Physical Requirements:
- A high degree of dexterity to produce materials on a PC/word processor
- Normal or corrected vision
- Extensive sitting and frequent walking to other parts of the campus
- Lifting or carrying of up to 25 pounds
- Follow Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required
