What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative College Intern - Finance position at Cleveland Clinic?
This position is primarily local remote - however students must reside in Northeast Ohio during the school year as there will be some on-site requirements.
Students working on a Bachelor of Finance or Accounting strongly preferred.
Administrative College Intern – Finance

In this role, the intern will assist the finance team with program financial reconciliations, processing oracle payment requests/POs, posting payables, identify unapplied payments; clean up deferred account, and other special projects as assigned.During your internship, you can expect to use your knowledge and skills to engage in unfamiliar tasks and activities, understand project management, develop best practices and apply knowledge and skills in an authentic business environment.
A caregiver in this position works 8:00AM – 5:00PM.
Full time is not required, but students can work up to 40 hours per week if available
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Research, compile, tabulate, and analyze data and processes for a variety of administrative and departmental matters.
Assist department personnel in assigned administrative, planning, organizational, technical, and professional tasks.
Provide suggestions or recommendations with regard to department specific projects.
Prepare and present reports, draft policies and procedures and respond to requests for information.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Current college enrollment.
Can discuss and weigh pros and cons, separate critical issues, make definitive choices, express opinions on issues and explain logical path decisions.

Physical Requirements:
Requires full range of body motion including handling/lifting items, manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
