Minimum hourly: $25.13
Maximum hourly: $38.33

Responsibilities:
- Inspects, maintains and calibrates all temperature, humidity and recording devices including meters and gauges.
- Reads, writes, modifies and maintains automated building software and hardware for designated systems.
- Maintains inventory and records for sensor and control devices related to digital and pneumatic systems.
- Troubleshoots, analyzes and advises on system malfunctions and operational requirements.
- Ensures safe and effective operations and working environment.
- Responds to alarms, sensors, and alerts appropriately.
- Work may occasionally be assigned across multiple Cleveland Clinic locations.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent required.
- None required.
- Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working within one or more of the following areas: pneumatic systems, installation, maintenance or repair of Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems, ITD, or other related field required.
- Working knowledge of DDC systems, control theory, piping, blueprints and electrical circuits and schematics.
- Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
- Ability to be mobile for extended periods of time
- Ability to travel throughout the Cleveland Clinic health system
- Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
- Ability to move/transport items weighing up to or more than 100 pounds (lbs.)
- Ability to move/transport equipment weighing up to or more than 100 pounds (lbs.)
- Ability to move/transport carts weighing up to or more than 100 pounds (lbs.)
- Ability to inspect equipment
- Ability to install, repair and maintain systems, equipment, fixtures and/or structures
- Ability to climb ladders
- Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
