Cleveland Clinic’s Head and Neck Institute is one of the most distinguished Otolaryngology medical centers in the country. The multi-specialty facility is made up of more than 40 staff physicians practicing several highly specialized tertiary care services. As Coordinator III on this team, you will support the surgeons and fellow caregivers in managing patient schedules and appointments. In this role, you have the opportunity to gain extensive hands-on OR experience and cross train to various sections.
A caregiver in this position works days from 8:00AM – 5:00PM.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
- Coordinate all support and clerical activities for the department by providing support to internal clients while functioning as a liaison with external clients.
- Coordinate various department activities by facilitating analysis and reporting information.
- Develop, maintain and distribute reports for schedules, budgets, staff, PTO and patient information.
- Prepare, provide analysis for and implement special studies and projects.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Five years of office experience
- Five years of experience coordinating and assisting with management functions and special projects
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, word processing and database software

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
- Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
- Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
- In some locations, ability to move up to 20 pounds
Personal Protective Equipment:

Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $17.25
Maximum hourly: $26.31
