About the Position:
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and related pathologic processes. The successful candidate will be able to accurately interpret physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, prepare and operate the CT scan equipment, and position patients to capture the appropriate images.
Responsibilities:
- Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images for patient diagnosis
- Position patients to capture the appropriate images
- Administer contrast materials as needed
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology
- Registered Technologist credentied by The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Certification in Computed Tomography (CT) required within one year of hire
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
