Job Description
As a Registered Nurse (RN) on our 4 South nursing unit, you will provide direct patient care, monitor patients' health, implement and monitor patient care plans, administer medications and treatments, and maintain up-to-date patient records. Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing direct nursing care
• Implementing, monitoring, evaluating, updating, and revising patient care plans
• Monitoring, recording, documenting, and communicating patients' conditions
• Noting and carrying out physician and nursing orders
• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing
• One year of current acute care RN experience and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Our caregivers follow standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
