Job Summary:
- Provide direct patient care and monitor patients' health
- Implement, monitor, evaluate, update, and revise patient care plans
- Monitor, record, document, and communicate patients' conditions
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders
Responsibilities:
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing
- One-year of current acute care RN experience
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
As a Medical Professional on our 4 South nursing unit, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, monitoring patients' health, implementing and revising patient care plans, administering medications and treatments, and maintaining accurate patient records.
