Responsibilities:
- Establish and/or revise priorities for patient care based on individual patient needs.
- Respond to data indicating risk to patients' health and initiate action to correct, reduce or prevent risk, ensuring a safe environment for all patients.
- Seek supervision, consultation and assistance when unable to perform safely and independently, upholding high standards of patient care.
- Accurately document in patients' medical records, maintaining clear and concise notes.
Requirements:
- A graduate degree from an accredited school of professional nursing is required for this position.
- Newly graduated RNs or those with less than one year of RN work experience are encouraged to apply.
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
