This 31-bed Med/Surg and Telemetry Unit is a hub of activity, with caregivers working together to provide exceptional care to adult and geriatric patients with ranging medical-surgical diagnoses. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a success coach, establishing and/or revising priorities for patient care, and responding to data indicating risk to patients' health.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong assessment skills and a team mentality, with the ability to work under stressful conditions and irregular hours. We require candidates who have graduated from an accredited school of professional nursing, hold current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), and possess Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA). A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is also preferred.
