Our Opportunity
This 27-bed unit specializes in joint replacements, revisions, decompressions, fusions, and laminectomies. You will have the chance to work with patients requiring telemetry capabilities and participate in a residency core curriculum tailored to your individual learning needs.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care under the guidance of a success coach.
- Establish priorities for patient care based on acuity, preference, and resource availability.
- Respond to data indicating risk to patients' health and initiate corrective action.
- Document patient information in medical records.
