About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and compassionate individual to join our Rehabilitation Care Team as a Physical Therapist Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with licensed physical therapists to administer physical therapy services to patients of all ages, from infants to geriatrics.
You will be responsible for administering patient-centered physical therapy treatment, observing and documenting patient progress, planning and implementing individualized therapeutic programs, and providing education on physical therapy-related subjects to patients, clients, and caregivers.
