As Program Manager III, you will support and ensure the efficient functioning of the Community Impact Program. You will lead process improvement initiatives, organize various activities, enhance company efficiencies, establish long-term goals for projects and develop project budgets. Serving as a leader, you will collaborate closely with the Director to oversee all facets of the Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA), instill team motivation and achieve goals. In this position, you may be exposed to high-stress situations, so the ability to remain level headed and empathetic is essential. Ultimately, your efforts will enhance the Cleveland Clinic and make a lasting difference in the community.
A caregiver in this position works varying shifts from 8:00AM – 5:00PM, with local travel requirements.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
- Manage the implementation and maintenance of designated programs.
- Plan, develop and maintain systems and procedures.
- Act as liaison between the department and outside communities.
- Serve a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
- Assist with the budgetary process.
- Manage, develop, implement and maintain operational systems and activities.
- Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.
- Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management or a related field and five years of related experience OR Master’s Degree and four years of experience
- Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan development
- Demonstrated team, leadership, organizational, financial management and problem-solving abilities
- Strong presentation, communication and training skills
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
- Master’s Degree
- Marketing/Community Outreach experience

Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $33.46
Maximum hourly: $51.03
