Become a Hospice Registered Nurse at Cleveland Clinic and experience being a part of a top hospital system, while building an exceptional career. Join Cleveland Clinic’s supportive environment where everyone excels and is valued for what they bring to the team.
Hospice helps patients and their families prepare physically, emotionally and spiritually for the end of life. Our focus is on providing comfort, not cure; on family, not just the patient; and on quality of life, not duration. Cleveland Clinic’s hospice team includes physicians certified in hospice and palliative medicine, nurses, social workers, chaplains, home health aides and volunteers. Join our team to work together supporting patients at home or in a skilled nursing facility or hospital.
As a PRN Hospice Registered Nurse, you will be providing direct patient care, supervision, assessment, and planning to our hospice patients. Following agency policies and procedures, you will document any changes in patients’ conditions, administer any medication and treatment, and develop patients’ plan of care.
Our ideal caregiver is someone who:
Is positive and passionate.
Is adaptable.
Is a critical thinker and engaged in patient care.
This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who wants to make meaningful differences in the lives of patients while enjoying the flexibility of a PRN schedule.
