Job Summary
The Cleveland Clinic's Lodi East Wing seeks a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a supportive environment. As an RN, you will be responsible for coordinating total nursing care, assessing health conditions, administering treatments, and advocating for patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate total nursing care for assigned patients.
- Absorb new information about patients' situations and adapt treatment plans accordingly.
- Administer medications in compliance with hospital policy.
- Document data related to patients' care, including medical history, assessment results, interventions, medications, patient responses, or treatment changes.
- Manage pain relief through pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic interventions, monitoring patient responses, and adjusting care plans as needed.
- Provide emotional support and advocacy for patients and their families.

Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of Professional Nursing.
