Job Description
In this role, you will work on our 4 South Orthopaedic Unit, caring for patients undergoing joint replacements, revisions, lumbar and cervical decompressions, fusions, and laminectomies. You will be part of a close-knit team, working alongside experienced nurses to deliver high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients, prioritizing their needs and preferences.
- Participate in a residency core curriculum tailored to your individual learning needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient interactions and interventions in medical records.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
