Serving as Systems Analyst IV, being a caregiver starts in the office, where you will apply your technical expertise to Prelude RTE service requests and resolving assigned tickets through Service Now. You will also engage in knowledge sharing sessions with operation, end-user, training and integrated application teams. A caregiver in this position works remotely from 8:00AM – 5:00PM.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
- Maintain IT products, including planning and obtaining customer input and a knowledge of the existing functionality and limitations.
- Serve as the technical expertise, providing guidance and direction to other professional staff and resolving complex problems.
- Participate in developing strategic plans for systems/applications development and modification within area of expertise.
- Review system requirements with customers and translate requirements into specific functions or deliverables.
- Analyze low chart processes and recommend ways to reduce steps and increase efficiency through technology.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, Health Sciences, Healthcare Admin or related field and six years of system implementation experience, including directing, planning, and scheduling a major information system project OR High School Diploma/GED and nine years of experience OR Associate’s Degree and seven years of experience
- ITIL Foundations Certification within six months of hire for Information Technology Division caregivers
- Strong analytical, administrative, presentation, and project management skills
- Understanding of networking/distributed computing environment concepts
- Excellent knowledge of messaging technology and project management skills
- Understanding of principles of client/server configuration
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
- EPIC Prelude, EPIC RTE or EPIC Referrals Certification

Physical Requirements:
- Requires the ability to sit and be stationary for prolonged periods of time, normal or corrected vision and manual dexterity sufficient to perform work on a personal computer.
- Requires the ability to walk to various locations throughout the Foundation and to function in a stressful environment.

Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $40.48
Maximum hourly: $61.74

A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set, and education.
