Leadership and Development: Recruit, develop, and promote directors, assistant directors, and managers within the service departments. Foster leadership growth and ensure effective team dynamics.
Program Effectiveness: Ensure the effectiveness of all programs, maintaining high standards of client satisfaction and achieving impact goals. Oversee both basic services and special grant-funded programs.
Fiscal Responsibility: Build and manage the annual budget, ensuring the maximization of revenues and grant support while responsibly stewarding expenses. This includes working closely with the finance department to monitor financial performance, forecast future financial needs, and adjust strategies to meet fiscal goals.
Community Outreach: Drive community outreach initiatives to enhance the agency’s presence and engagement with the community.
KPI Management: Curate and review monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and report them to the President & CEO. Use data to inform strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
Public Representation: Represent the agency publicly, coordinating with the Chief Development and Communications Officer on communications and advertising.
Work Place: Work closely with the Chief Administrative Officer to ensure optimal working conditions, culture, and staffing levels for effective program delivery.
