- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technology infrastructure support and administration
- Strong technical knowledge of networking, servers, cloud services, and system security.
- Experience in LAN/WAN connectivity and system installation, maintenance and repair.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, firewalls).
- Experience with Windows Server Active Directory and Client operating systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of services such as File and Print Services, WSUS, DNS, and DHCP.
- Ability to lift/move items weighing 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
- Available to work irregular hours and/or a non-traditional schedule.

- In depth knowledge and experience with Google Workspace for Education, Clever and other related tools.
- Experience with Cisco and Meraki Wireless & networking solutions.
- Experience with Cyber Security best practices including training, planning, XDR and remediation.
- Experience with Cisco VoIP solutions.
- Experience with security, access control and video surveillance systems.
- Experience with Dell Avamar Data Protection, Veeam, or comparable Enterprise Backup & Disaster Recovery Solutions.
- Working knowledge of VMWare virtualization or equivalent.
- Familiar with the computer image deployment process - building, gathering, and deploying images.
- Previous experience working in a school; Understanding technology applications in an academic environment.
