PRIMARY PURPOSE : Assist the Manager, Retail in overseeing the daily operations (game day and non-game day) of all Progressive Field retail souvenir stands in a seasonal, part-time capacity. This role is expected to maximize sales revenue, lead sales teammates, and promote a positive image of the Cleveland Guardians organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES :
Selling / Fan Satisfaction
- Drive merchandise stand sales results by delegating tasks to Retail Leads.
- Act as a role model for the START and HEART service models and suggestive selling for retail gameday teammates.
- Maintain the "Image of Champions" to maximize sales opportunities and ensure fan satisfaction.
- Communicate daily tracking and planning of sales to Retail Leads to promote ownership of their respective store location.
- Utilize and analyze game day sales reports to identify areas of growth and manage tracking of sales contests.
- Understand jersey customization processes with the ability to complete and train others.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS :
AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENTS :
Gamedays : Minimum of 2.5 hours prior to gates open and 1-hour post game as dictated by job responsibilities and workload (limited to no more than 40 hours per week).
