We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Clerk. The ideal candidate will assist in various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Duties include:
Day-to-day activities for office included by not limited to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables and Payroll processing, answering phones, making copies/scans, processing credit card payments, checking emails, filing and running local errands.
Must be proficient in QuickBooks.
- Utilize computer skills for data entry and document management
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email correspondence
- Support customer inquiries and provide necessary information
- Perform order entry tasks with precision
Requirements:
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office Word and Excel
- Prior experience in an office setting is required
- Knowledge of order entry processes is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
Work Schedule:
Monday – Thursday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Friday 8:00 am to 3:00 pm
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
