Certification Details
- BLS - AHA Only
- ACLS - AHA Only for RN Critical Care
- 2 years exp /level1 / travel exp / SDU

- Ran within 6 months of Start. Search includes: SSN Trace and County searches for the last 7 years of locations lived/worked/in school. National Criminal Sweep to also include NSO. Only need to complete a new BGC if break in assignment 6m .
- Live in Ohio for 5 years: Ohio Fingerprints (BCI&I check) AND FCRA-Compliant National Database Criminal background check. In lieu of National Crim. BGC, the FBI fingerprint check (National coverage, must be FCRA compliant) acceptable.
