Job Description
The Cleveland Metroparks is seeking a skilled Beverage Cart Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences while ensuring the efficient operation of our beverage cart.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and take orders from restaurant servers or directly from guests.
- Mix and serve drinks, cocktails, and other bar beverages according to company standards.
- Verify age requirements for the purchase of alcohol and collect payment for drinks served.
- Work with the Bar Manager to maintain a fully equipped bar area and prepare inventory or purchase orders as needed.
- Serve snacks or food items to guests seated at the bar when appropriate.
- Demonstrate knowledge of food and beverage products, menus, and promotions.
- Maintain a clean working area by sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping down the bar area, glass doors, and windows as needed.
- Provide guidance to guests on Cleveland Metroparks activities and regional information.
