The Golf Clubhouse Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing the staff and operations of the golf clubhouse.
This position requires a combination of formal education and experience. A High School Diploma or GED is necessary, complemented by vocational or technical training in business, accounting, or hospitality.
Three years of experience in golf operations, retail operations, or a related field are also required. Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience can be substituted to meet the requirements for this job.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise staff members and ensure effective operation of the golf clubhouse.
- Maintain valid driver's license under Ohio state laws.

Requirements
A valid driver's license under Ohio state laws is mandatory. CPR and First Aid certification, Food Service and Safety certification, and OSHA and MDSA training are desirable but not essential.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required. Strong leadership and communication skills, as well as excellent problem-solving abilities, are highly valued.
A mature professional attitude, considerable discretion, and ability to manage confidential information are crucial for this role.
