Brief Overview of the Job:
- Corporate Sales – Coordinate and facilitate marketing efforts that support sponsorships, entertainment seating and on-site advertising (display space, signage, PA announcements and reports).
- Promotions – Coordinate and facilitate marketing efforts that support public relations, media relations, cross-promotions, protocol activities, social media/website and reports.
- Administrative – Assist with phones, Board of Trustees activities and Volunteer support.
Assets:
- Friendly personality and attention to detail a must. Successful candidate will have strong phone, organizational, computer, communication and social media skills.
- Event work requires extended periods of walking and standing, bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, light load carrying and exposure to outdoor elements.
Time Span:
- Seasonal employment June -September with flexible start date.
- June - July approximately 3 days (24 hours) per week (flexible).
- August – September 40 hours per week.
- Applicant must be able to work Labor Day Weekend/Week. Seasonal position could be available in the future

Compensation / Benefits:
- Hourly rate of $16.00/hour commensurate with experience. Free parking.
