Position Summary
Associate Director –Anti-Human Trafficking and Drop-In Operations, co-manages the day-to-day operation of Cleveland Rape Crisis Center’s Drop-In Centers to ensure all survivors and co-survivors of sexual violence and human trafficking in CRCC’s service area have immediate, access to culturally appropriate trauma-informed support, education, crisis stabilization, and follow up services. This position leads a team providing survivor support services on the crisis task force.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Supervise members of the Drop In Centers team as needed, assure that program and staff achieve set goals, provide professional development to build resilience and prevent burn out
- Create and facilitate strong relationships with outside community organization, network and hold responsibility for relationship management
- Complete data collection, data entry, and required reports and other related administrative paperwork in accordance with program timelines and standards.
- Serve as an active member on coalitions and multidisciplinary teams that address human trafficking and Sexual Assault
- Educate medical, law enforcement and social services professionals about best practices in working with human trafficking survivors, act as an educational resource and provide support to mental/physical health personnel and the Cuyahoga, Lake, Geauga and Ashtabula communities
- Interview, hire, orient, train, and manage Drop in Centers team and interns to assure consistent client care
- Conduct yearly performance evaluations of direct reports
- Review, edit, and sign off of supervisees’ documentation within the timeframe established by CRCC
- Participate as the agency liaison to community collaborations.
- Associate Director will be responsible for planning and scheduling staff trainings. will schedule a monthly meeting with the Director of Community and System to present and review the Drop In Center budget and operations.
- Associate Director is in charge of -Food Bank Programming, Donations, and special projects
- Responsible for hiring, training, supervision and performance management of Team Leader staff
- Responsible for leading staff professional development efforts through training, supervision, and quality assurance
- Establish and monitor performance objectives; complete timely performance evaluations
- Identify and promptly respond to staff debrief needs to mitigate the impact of vicarious trauma
- Ensure that programs and staff achieve set goals
- Hold staff accountable for adhering to CRCC’s policies and procedures
- Co-facilitate regular monthly team meetings with department Associate Directors and Team Leaders
- Ensure coverage for the Drop In Centers during hours of operation
- Increase client access to services through the coordination of transportation or language access, if needed
- Serve as a member of CRCC’s multi-disciplinary team. Ensure service coordination through timely and effective communication with team members
- Engage in routine quality assurance reviews of services provided
- Monitor documentation to ensure integrity in service delivery
- Serve in weekly supervisor on-call rotation for after-hours team support, provide direct service as needed during work hours
- Support the Director of Community Assistance in data analysis and program development.
- Coordinate with technical assistance and CRCC’s Director of Program Initiatives to achieve set project deliverables as assigned. Examples of programs include: ,Later in Life, and Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention.
- Assist the Director in coordinating the Sexual Assault Response Team (SART) for Cuyahoga, Lake, Geauga, and Ashtabula counties, ensuring effective collaboration among stakeholders and seamless service delivery for survivors.
- Assist the Director in updating and maintaining Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals and partner agreements.

- Bachelor's degree in criminology, psychology, public health administration, or social services
- 3 years of experience in a related field (e.g. advocacy, mental health, crisis intervention)
- 2 years of supervisory experience
- Previous experience in the operation of a 24/7 program preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- May consider an equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training to meet the essential functions of the position
- Demonstrated knowledge of trauma, sexual violence, mental health, and substance use
- Demonstrated knowledge of cultural diversity and working with a wide variety of populations
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple and simultaneous requests for services
- Possess a high level of comfort with client databases and overall data management
- Must be able to work collaboratively with community members and staff, communicate effectively, organize complex ideas, be action-oriented, and demonstrate a strong commitment to provide expert-level care to individuals seeking services
- Demonstrated ability to schedule a 24/7 operation including design of shifts
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to use electronic database/s (e.g. Apricot) and videoconferencing tools (e.g. Zoom, MS Teams)
- Ability to operate software programs related to crisis text and chat line
- Ability to use third party scheduling software for transportation and software for interpreters

- In order to meet the needs of CRCC, this position requires work to be performed at any of CRCC locations and at locations within the community
- Work is performed onsite at a CRCC location as required, and may be performed remotely (i.e. at home) the balance of the time with supervisor approval
- Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. In addition, the incumbent may be required to work outside of normal working hours/days
