We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate and experienced leader with significant low vision experience to join our team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the Clinic, Store, and Vision Rehabilitation departments to ensure each client is provided individualized support and tools to navigate the visual world.
Qualifications:
• 10 years of supervisory experience in low-vision rehabilitation, vision care, health care, or working with individuals with vision impairments.
• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Vision Rehabilitation, Optometry, Ophthalmology, Occupational Therapy, Nursing, or related field preferred.
• Certification in Low Vision Rehabilitation or active medical license.
• 10 years of supervisory experience in low-vision rehabilitation, vision care, health care, or working with individuals with vision impairments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Clinic, Store, and Vision Rehabilitation operations and supervise staff.
• Drive innovation by implementing best-practice strategies that optimize clients’ functional vision.
• Ensure appropriate insurance policies, regulations, and reimbursement procedures are in use.
• Strategize to grow revenue streams by expanding services and introducing new products.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics quarterly to assess impact and continuously improve outcomes.
• Ensure all services are provided in a safe, ethical, and culturally competent manner.
• Develop scalable models to meet the growing need for vision rehabilitation services.
• Lead the Clinic, Store, and Vision Rehabilitation operations and supervise staff.
