Job Summary
Manages the operations of the Cleveland State University Alumni Association (CSUAA) and provides comprehensive strategic assistance to the Executive Director and the Board Chair. Ensures effective and efficient processes and operations for CSU Alumni Association Board. Develops and manages the CSUAA leadership pipeline while also exploring/identifying strategic growth opportunities within the leadership pipeline programming. Leads, develops, and implements Alumni Association Board events. Serves as project manager for all Alumni Association Board activities and special projects. Collaborates with the Advancement leadership team to evaluate growth opportunities for alumni and donor programs and provides data analysis and metrics appropriate for programs and communications. Manages and stewards a portfolio of select alumni donor prospects. Collaborates and supports social media and digital marketing content development in support of CSUAA. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in business administration, communications, nonprofit management, psychology, or related field.
- Five (5) years of experience in non-profit management, marketing, communications, or education with progressively responsible high-level volunteer management and program development experience.
- Experience in leadership, volunteer management or board administration.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to establish and maintain driver eligibility under the CSU’s Driving and Motor Vehicle Policy.
