Leads the operations of Cleveland State University’s (CSU) student financial services, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with institutional, state, and federal regulations. Provides strategic oversight of fiscal policies, develops management reports, and fosters collaboration with key departments. Ensures compliance and transparency in financial operations while designing and maintaining an effective organizational structure. Promotes a student-centered approach and operational excellence. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in accounting, finance, business administration, economics, public administration, or related field.
- Seven (7) years progressively responsible experience developing and implementing computer-based financial systems in a complex, self-supporting or for-profit environment.
- Three (3) years of supervisory/leadership experience.
- Experience with cost-effective financial management.
