Job Summary
Coordinates operations and functions of the Office of Community Standards and Compliance by working with others to provide resolutions to reported Student Code of Conduct violations. Serves as an administrative hearing officer, investigating misconduct, and providing advocacy for students experiencing varying levels of crisis. Develops and executes office outreach and programming, collaborates with other areas across campus, and assists with related training. Prepares materials for hearings, supporting other offices engaged in investigations. Serves on various committees and provide supervision to various levels of paraprofessional staff. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in education, business or related field.
- Two (2) years of experience in student conduct in an educational setting.
- Experience working with database software.
- Supervisory or leadership experience.
