Job Summary
Serves as the initial contact for students, faculty, staff, and other stakeholders who contact Office of Institutional Equity (OIE) seeking to file complaints related to harassment, discrimination, retaliation, or sexual violence. Provides short-term triage counseling and crisis intervention. Provides administrative support to the department while offering individuals accurate information, resources, and follow-up services. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree preferably in business administration, office management or related field.
- Two (2) years of work experience in human resources, higher education administration, adult education, social work, or related field.
- Professional experience providing support for underserved populations.
