Job Summary
Serves as the strategic leader for academic support services in the College of Arts & Sciences (CAS) but serving students across Cleveland State University (CSU). Provides leadership for the development, maintenance, assessment, and growth of academic programs and initiatives. Collaborates with CAS, internal and external stakeholders on workforce integration and student support services. Effectively oversees college awards and recognition portfolio, including opportunities for expansion of student leadership and experiential learning. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in liberal arts and science fields, or related field.
- Five (5) years of experience in providing oversight and transactional level support, such as training and developing strong-performing teams e.g., cross-training, professional development, transition planning, skill development.
- Experience with shared governance structures.
- Two (2) years of supervisory or leadership experience.
